We make sense in the context of what we’ve lived through
And something in us knows when the life we're living no longer feels like our own.
Hey there, my name is
Allison Rivers (she/her)
I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker, qualitative researcher, and consultant based in Northern California.
Through therapy, research, and community-centered work, I'm interested in what helps people feel more connected to themselves, each other, and the environments they inhabit.
My work is grounded in relationship, lived experience, and the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be fully human.
The heart of my work
I believe we’re shaped by relationships, environments, systems, and the ways we learn to survive within them.
I believe healing becomes more possible when people feel safe enough to be understood, connected, and fully human.
At its core, my work is about creating space for deeper understanding, belonging, and more intentional ways of relating to ourselves, each other, and our communities.
If something here resonates, I’d love to connect.
